Refund & Return Policy

At Runecraft Collectables, your satisfaction matters. We’re a small, passionate business dedicated to quality products and honest customer service.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order. 

1. Eligibility for Returns 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. 

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Important Notes:

  • Sealed TCG Products (e.g., booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, tins) must remain completely unopened.  

  • Graded Cards (e.g., PSA, ACE, BGS slabs) must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Returns are not accepted for dissatisfaction with the grade itself. 

  • 3D Printed Items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on the following:

  • Opened or damaged TCG products. 

  • Graded cards that have been tampered with, cracked, or removed from their cases. 

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.” 

  • Custom-made items, such as 3D printed products. 

  • Digital products (if applicable). 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process instead.

Please note:

  • Orders containing sealed TCG products, collection boxes, tins, or graded cards cannot be cancelled once packing has begun.

  • Orders already prepared for dispatch cannot be cancelled, even if tracking has not yet updated.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at RunecraftCollectables@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Take clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. 

  • Record a video of the unboxing if the parcel appears damaged on arrival. This is especially helpful in filing claims with couriers and confirming any internal damage. 

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following based on availability:

  • A replacement 

  • A store credit 

  • A full refund 

5. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. 

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order after your refund has been processed. 

7. Return Shipping
  • Customers are fully responsible for the safe return of goods and all shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged. 

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. 

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
