Shipping Policy

At Runecraft Collectables, we aim to dispatch orders quickly, securely, and at fair shipping rates. This policy explains how we ship orders, the services we use, and your rights as a UK consumer.

1. Order Processing Times
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days of payment being received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods (such as new product releases, pre-orders, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

2. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future and will be clearly stated on our website if available.

3. Shipping Services & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time once dispatched:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, peak periods, or Royal Mail service disruption.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Flat-rate shipping of £5.95 applies to all UK orders, regardless of order size, weight, or value.

  • All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Packaging & Item Protection

We take great care when packaging all orders to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Packaging methods are selected based on the type and value of the items ordered.

Single Cards
  • Individually sleeved to protect surfaces and edges

  • Placed in top loaders or semi-rigid card holders for rigidity

  • Secured using various supporting methods and rigid outer packaging to prevent movement or bending

Graded Cards
  • Wrapped in protective materials to safeguard the slab

  • Additional padding used to absorb impact during transit

  • Boxed where appropriate to provide extra structural protection

Sealed Products
  • Packed securely using protective materials to minimise movement within the parcel

  • Shipped in appropriately sized boxes or packaging to reduce transit damage risk

  • Please note that sealed products are sold as new and unopened; however, minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging (such as small dents, corner wear, or shrink-wrap tears) may occur during transit or handling and do not affect the contents or functionality of the product

6. Tracking Information
  • Tracking is included on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure safe receipt of the parcel.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

  • In the rare event that a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with Royal Mail or the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Where applicable, resolutions may include a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • Runecraft Collectables cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details may require payment of additional shipping fees before re-dispatch.

9. Collection (Local Pickup)
  • Local collection may be offered by prior arrangement only.

  • Orders placed for collection must be fully paid in advance.

  • Collection details (location, date, and time) will be confirmed via email once the order is ready.

Responsibility & Condition on Collection
  • Once an order has been collected in person, it is considered delivered and accepted in satisfactory condition.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their items at the time of collection.

  • Any issues must be raised before leaving the collection location.

Refunds & Returns on Collected Orders
  • Refunds and returns for collected orders are handled in line with our Refund and Return Policy.

  • Shipping fees are not applicable to collected orders.

  • Change-of-mind returns for collected items may be restricted, particularly for sealed TCG products and graded cards.

Eligibility & Voucher Codes
  • Collection is offered at our discretion and is only available to established customers with a verified prior trading history. It is not available to the general public.

  • Where collection is approved, a voucher code enabling collection will be provided upon request. This code must be applied at checkout and is issued at our discretion.

  • Voucher codes for collection are issued manually and are not guaranteed. Orders placed without an approved collection voucher will be shipped via standard shipping.

10. Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the address provided.

  • If goods arrive faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.
