1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from Runecraft Collectables (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers, whether purchasing as a guest or through an account.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.

2. Who can buy from us

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who will place the order on your behalf.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we reasonably believe this condition has not been met.

3. Products we sell

We sell trading card game (“TCG”) products and related goods, which may include:

Sealed products (new, unopened items supplied via authorised wholesalers or distributors)
Singles (individual trading cards)
Graded cards (graded by independent third-party grading services)
Accessories and collectibles
Made-to-order or 3D printed items (where applicable)

Some products, including older or vintage trading cards and out-of-print sealed TCG products, may be sourced from the secondary market rather than directly from wholesalers. Where this is the case, all such items are obtained only from trusted and reputable suppliers and are carefully reviewed to ensure authenticity and condition prior to sale.

Product descriptions, images, and condition notes are provided to help you make an informed purchase. Minor variations in colour, finish, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, or screen settings.

Sealed product note

Sealed TCG products contain randomised contents determined entirely by the manufacturer. Runecraft Collectables does not influence, guarantee, or predict pack contents, pull rates, rarity distribution, or the presence of specific cards.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). VAT inclusion or exclusion is clearly stated on product pages and at checkout where applicable.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If we identify an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any amounts paid, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.

5. Orders and payment

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

If an item becomes unavailable due to stock issues, supplier allocation limits, or listing errors, we may offer an alternative product, place the item on backorder with your agreement, or cancel and refund the affected item(s).

Payment is taken at checkout unless otherwise stated, including for pre-orders. We accept payment via available payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Pre-orders and allocation-dependent items

Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability and allocation. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or distributors and may change.

If our allocation is reduced, delayed, or cancelled, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may then choose to keep your pre-order (if still available), switch to an alternative product, or cancel for a full refund.

7. Fair access and purchase limits

To promote fair access for genuine collectors and players, we may impose purchase limits on certain products. Limits may apply per customer, household, address, payment method, or account.

If an order appears to bypass limits, involve multiple linked accounts, or show signs of fraud or automated purchasing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without prior notice.

8. Delivery and collection

Delivery options, costs, dispatch times, and service levels are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided, or collected by you where collection is offered. Ownership of goods transfers upon full payment.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you may be responsible for additional delivery or re-shipping costs.

9. Packaging promise

We take reasonable care to package all orders securely and appropriately for transit.

Specific packing standards, including the use of sleeves, top loaders, team bags, or protective cushioning, are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to minimise transit damage, we cannot guarantee carrier handling.

10. Returns and cancellations (change of mind)

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at [support@…] with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.

Condition of returns

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, seals, shrink-wrap, and tags.

Due to the nature of trading card products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

opened booster packs, or
sealed TCG products where factory seals or shrink-wrap have been removed,

unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds are processed in line with UK consumer law and our Refund Policy.

11. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item(s) themselves so we can assess the issue promptly.

12. Singles condition and grading

Singles

Singles are assessed and described to the best of our ability. Condition grading involves an element of subjectivity, and minor differences of opinion may occur.

If you believe a single was materially misdescribed, you must contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Graded cards

Graded cards are assessed by independent third-party grading companies. The assigned grade reflects the grader’s opinion at the time of grading and is not a guarantee of future condition, authenticity reassessment, or market value.

13. Made-to-order / 3D printed items

All 3D printed items sold by Runecraft Collectables are made to order once an order is placed.

Because these items are manufactured specifically for you, 3D printed products are excluded from change-of-mind returns and cancellations once production has begun. This is due to the bespoke, on-demand nature of production and the inability to resell such items as new.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights. If a made-to-order or 3D printed item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will resolve the issue in accordance with UK consumer law.

Estimated production times will be shown on the relevant product pages.

14. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to stated conditions, including expiry dates, exclusions, and usage limits.

Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

15. Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it.

This includes not attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious software, scraping data, interfering with site functionality, or using the website in a way that could harm Runecraft Collectables, its customers, or its systems.

16. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, logos, images, product listings, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Runecraft Collectables.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runecraft Collectables is not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect or consequential losses.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or business changes.

The version of the Terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
